It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint and new art (showing the view from our roof) can do to brighten up our shared space, even if the paint is technically darker! Look around our building for our new wood panels near the elevator and updated lobby space.
The rooftop opened last year and we thought it was time to post some of the after photos taken in the summer. There are a few small additions to come, but these photos show off the efforts made over the last few years.

By now, we hope everyone has noticed the new exit ramp warning light on P1. Requests from residents prompted this change! The rules are still the same, vehicles exiting must yield to vehicles coming in. The only difference is that there is now a warning system for vehicles to know someone is on the ramp.
